7F Submissions by residents
(1)
A resident of the retirement village that is the subject of an application under Division 2 may make written submissions to the Director about the application.
Note
Section 42D applies to the making of a submission under subsection (1).
(2)
Any submissions made by a resident under subsection (1) must be made within 60 days after service of the notice under section 7L.
