26N Operator to provide yearly contract check
(1)
The operator of a retirement village must provide a written contract check to each resident—
(a)
in each calendar year; and
(b)
no later than 14 days after the anniversary of the day on which the contract check was provided for the previous calendar year.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
