38V Requirement for village dispute to be recorded if not settled within 72 hours
If a village dispute is not resolved to the satisfaction of the resident or residents who are parties to the dispute within 72 hours of notice being given of the dispute, the operator must create and maintain a written record of the dispute in accordance with the regulations.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
