38P Giving of notice of village dispute
A resident who is involved in a village dispute may give notice of the dispute—
(a)
to the primary contact person; or
(b)
to the alternative contact person if—
(i)
the dispute involves the primary contact person; or
(ii)
if the primary contact person is not available or empowered to deal with the dispute.
