38ZZ Notice of alleged failure to comply with terms of recorded agreement
(1)
A party to a recorded agreement may give written notice to the Secretary if the party considers that the agreement has not been complied with.
(2)
A notice under subsection (1) must set out any action required to be taken by the agreement that the party believes—
(a)
has not been taken, either wholly or in part; or
(b)
has not been taken within the time the action or the part of the action is required to be taken.
