106 How ballot manager must deal with voting material
A manager of a ballot for a proposed amalgamation or withdrawal must—
put each return envelope apparently containing a ballot paper in the ballot box; and
put all other voting material returned to the manager in a safe place until the vote has been counted.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
If, after the finish day of the ballot for a proposed amalgamation or withdrawal, the manager receives a return envelope apparently containing a ballot paper for the ballot, the manager must—
keep the envelope sealed; and
mark the envelope ‘Received after the finish day’; and
keep the envelope in safe custody, but separately from voting material received before the finish day.
