77 Answering objection
(1)
If a copy of a notice of objection has been served under section 76(5), the applicant may file a statement answering the notice.
(2)
The statement must—
(a)
be signed by an authorised officer of each applicant; and
(b)
state the facts relied on in answer to the objection; and
(c)
be filed in the registry within 14 days after the notice of objection is served on the applicants.
(3)
The applicant must serve a copy of the statement on the objector stated in the notice of objection within 7 days after filing it.
