82 Hearing objection
(1)
When the time for filing a statement answering a notice of objection under section 76(1) has ended, the commission must promptly—
(a)
fix a time and place to hear objections to the application; and
(b)
give the applicant and any objector notice of the time and place of the hearing.
(2)
The commission may fix separate hearings for different objections.
