122 Requirements for application
(1)
The application must be made no later than 30 days after the result of the ballot has been declared.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
state—
(i)
the ballot for which the application is made; and
(ii)
the irregularity claimed to have happened; and
(b)
be accompanied by an affidavit by the applicant stating the facts claimed in the application are true to the best of the applicant’s knowledge and belief.
