27 Hearing application and objections—Act, s 894
(1)
This section applies to an application under chapter 12 of the Act other than—
(a)
an application made for the purpose of section 660 of the Act; or
(b)
an application for an election inquiry under section 688 of the Act.
(2)
The industrial tribunal that is to hear the application must—
(a)
fix a time and place to hear the application and objections; and
(b)
give at least 7 days notice of the time and place of the hearing to each person who must be given an opportunity to be heard under section 894 of the Act.
