73 Objections about amalgamations
(1)
The following persons may object to an application under section 61—
(a)
a member of an existing organisation the amalgamation is about;
(b)
an interested person for a decision about the proposed amalgamation.
(2)
The objection must be on the ground that the proposed amalgamated organisation does not meet or, if the amalgamation takes effect, will not meet the requirements for registration under sections 603 to 605 of the Act.
