24 Who may object—Act, s 894
For section 894(3) of the Act, an interested person for a decision sought to be made by any of the following applications may object to the making of a decision on the application—
an application for amendment of name other than an application made under section 660 of the Act;
an application for amendment of eligibility rules;
an application for a change of list of callings.
A person who has been given written notice under section 19(2) of an application for an exemption under section 802 of the Act may object to the making of a decision on the application.
A member of an organisation that has applied for an exemption from the requirement that the electoral commission conduct an election under section 812 of the Act may object to the making of a decision on the application.
An interested person for a decision sought to be made by an application by the registrar for a deregistration order under section 879(4) of the Act may object to the making of a decision on the application.
A person who may object to the making of a decision on an application must give notice of an objection to the industrial tribunal.
