142 Effect of amalgamation on pending proceedings
(1)
This section applies if a deregistered organisation was a party to a pending proceeding in a court or tribunal immediately before the amalgamation day for an amalgamated organisation.
(2)
The amalgamated organisation is substituted for each deregistered organisation as a party to the proceeding.
(3)
The proceeding must continue as if the amalgamated organisation were, and had always been, the deregistered organisation.
