18 Certain applications must state grounds on which made
An application for any of the following must state the grounds on which it is made—
(a)
an approval under section 635 of the Act;
(b)
an exemption under chapter 12, part 12 of the Act;
(c)
cancellation of an exemption under section 824 of the Act;
(d)
a deregistration order.
