Revocation of declaration—Act, s 955

(1)

For section 955(3) of the Act, the declaration of the Local Government Superannuation Scheme ABN 23 053 121 564 not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Fair Work Act, by the repealed Industrial Relations Regulation 2000, is revoked.

Note—See also section 152 and the repealed Industrial Relations Regulation 2011, section 149 in relation to declarations for the Commonwealth Fair Work Act, section 14(2) made by the repealed Industrial Relations Regulation 2000.

This section applies despite section 152(1).
