30 Grounds objector may rely on

(1)

An objector may rely only on the grounds stated in the notice of objection given under section 25.

(2)

However, the tribunal may allow the objector to rely on another ground if—

(a)

the objector gives adequate reasons for doing so; and

(b)

the applicant is given an opportunity to be heard.
