112 Direction to leave count
(1)
A manager of a ballot for a proposed amalgamation or withdrawal may direct a person to leave the place where votes for the ballot are being counted if the manager reasonably believes the person—
(a)
does not have the right to be present, or remain present, at the count; or
(b)
is interrupting the count, other than to exercise a scrutineer’s right.
(2)
A person must comply with a direction under subsection (1), unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
