152 Declarations for Commonwealth Act, s 14(2) under repealed regulation
(1)
The repeal of the repealed regulation does not affect the declarations made under part 13A and schedule 7A of that regulation.
(2)
The declarations are taken to have been made under section 955(2) of the Act.
