110 Scrutineers’ rights
(1)
A scrutineer may be present when—
(a)
ballot papers or other voting material for a ballot are prepared and given to voters; or
(b)
voting material is received and put in the ballot box or in a safe place under section 106(1); or
(c)
votes are counted.
(2)
The manager of a ballot may refuse to allow a person to act as a scrutineer if—
(a)
the manager asks to inspect the person’s written appointment as a scrutineer; and
(b)
the person does not produce it.
