130 Disadvantaging applicant for inquiry

(1)

A person must not cause, inflict or procure a disadvantage to another person because the other person has applied for a ballot inquiry.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

(2)

In this section—disadvantage includes damage, detriment, injury, loss, punishment and violence.
