153 Proposed amalgamations and withdrawals
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement, any action was taken under the repealed regulation, part 13 for a proposed amalgamation or withdrawal.
(2)
The repealed regulation continues to apply for the completion of the amalgamation or withdrawal.
