115 Ballot records to be kept
(1)
This section applies—
(a)
if a ballot is held for a proposed amalgamation or proposed withdrawal; and
(b)
despite the rules of an organisation or constituent part.
(2)
The electoral commission must do everything necessary to ensure all ballot records for the ballot are kept for 1 year after the ballot.
