4 Policy about entertainment and hospitality
An organisation’s policy for spending on, and receipt of, entertainment and hospitality must—
(a)
state the circumstances in which an officer or employee of the organisation—
(i)
may accept entertainment or hospitality from an entity other than the organisation; and
(ii)
must refuse entertainment or hospitality from an entity other than the organisation; and
(b)
include procedures about reporting and documenting the receipt of entertainment and hospitality.
