5 Policy for gifts
An organisation’s policy for gifts must—
(a)
state the circumstances in which an officer or employee of the organisation—
(i)
may accept a gift from an entity other than the organisation; and
(ii)
must refuse a gift from an entity other than the organisation; and
(b)
include procedures about reporting and documenting the receipt of gifts.
