105K Relationship with other Acts
The following provisions do not apply to any lease or sublease, under section 105J, of local government tollway corridor land—
(b)
the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010, section 176;
(c)
the City of Brisbane (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulation 2010, section 171.
