Other persons may, by notice, also become bound by a decision under s 62(1)

In force

(1)

If a particular person is not already bound by a decision under section 62(1), the chief executive may—

(a)

give the person a copy of the decision and of section 70; and

(b)

notify the person, in writing, that the person is bound, under this section, by the decision.

(2)

A person notified under subsection (1) is bound by the decision.
