552 Application of s 247
Section 247(2) as in force immediately before the commencement of this section continues to apply in relation to—
(a)
a matter mentioned in section 247(1)(a) and being done under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before or after the commencement; and
(b)
a requirement mentioned in section 247(1)(b) or (c) arising under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before or after the commencement.
