476A Chief executive may give information to corresponding authority
In relation to the transport of dangerous goods by rail, whether within or outside Queensland, the chief executive may give to a corresponding authority—
information about action taken by the chief executive under this Act; or
information obtained under this Act.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the chief executive or the corresponding authority would otherwise be required to maintain confidentiality about the information under an Act.
In this section—
corresponding authority means—
a government entity of the Commonwealth or another State responsible for administering a corresponding law to a transport Act; or
a person prescribed under a regulation as a corresponding authority for this Act.
