77 Application of div 3
This division does not apply to—
(a)
public utility plant constructed under the Electricity Act 1994; or
(b)
gas infrastructure, or the carrying out of gas infrastructure work, under the Gas Supply Act 2003; or
(c)
water infrastructure, or the carrying out of water infrastructure work, under the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009.
