462 Management by local government
If a local government is the manager of a public marine facility, the local government—
(a)
has, for the facility, all the functions, powers and obligations of a local government under the Local Government Act 2009; and
(b)
may make local laws and do anything it considers necessary or convenient for the facility’s effective and efficient management.
