490 Regulations
(1)
The Governor in Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
A regulation may create offences and prescribe penalties for the offences of not more than 40 penalty units.
(3)
In particular, regulations may be made for the matters specified in schedule 1.
(4)
A regulation may confer functions or powers on a local government or a State government body.
