268 Establishment of new port authority
(1)
A regulation may establish a new port authority as a body corporate that has a seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(2)
A regulation may also—
(a)
specify the name of the port authority; or
(b)
specify the name of the port it is to manage; or
(c)
transfer assets and liabilities to the authority.
