Transport Infrastructure Act 1994

Subject to directions of the Minister, implementation programs for miscellaneous transport infrastructure must be consistent with transport infrastructure strategies.

If the Minister gives a direction under this section that results in implementation programs for miscellaneous transport infrastructure being inconsistent with transport infrastructure strategies, the Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 5 sitting days after it is given.
