Transport Infrastructure Act 1994

This section applies if, before commencement—

consultation had started or had been completed in relation to a proposed land use plan or amendment of a land use plan under section 285 as in force immediately before commencement; and

the Minister had not approved the proposed land use plan or amendment of the land use plan under section 286 as in force immediately before commencement.

Chapter 8, part 4, division 1, as in force immediately before commencement, continues to apply to the proposed land use plan or amendment of a land use plan despite the enactment of the Transport Infrastructure and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2005.
