Declaration about sch 4 easements

This section applies to the transfers of schedule 4 easements from QR Limited to the State of Queensland executed on 29 August 2008.

For the Land Title Act 1994, section 62, the transfers are taken to have been registered on 1 September 2008.

In this section—

schedule 4 easement means an easement mentioned in schedule 4.
