116 Pretending to be an investigator etc.
A person must not pretend—
(a)
to be an investigator; or
(b)
to be an associated person of an investigator; or
(c)
to be the chief executive investigating land under section 109A; or
(d)
to be a person authorised by the chief executive under section 109A.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
