283ZZA Particular provisions of Planning Act do not apply in relation to Brisbane core port land
(1)
The Planning Act, section 263 does not apply in relation to Brisbane core port land.
(2)
A person is not entitled to claim compensation under the Planning Act, chapter 2, part 4, division 2, or any other law in relation to a change to the Brisbane port LUP affecting the person’s interest in any Brisbane core port land.
