90 Application of other provisions of this chapter
(1)
The provisions of parts 1 to 5, and regulations made for the parts, apply to a franchised road as if it were a State-controlled road.
(2)
A regulation may—
(a)
prescribe changes to the way the provisions apply to a particular franchised road; or
(b)
declare that some of the provisions do not apply to a particular franchised road.
