498 Declared road references
(1)
A reference to a declared road under the Main Roads Act 1920 is taken to be a reference to a State-controlled road under this Act.
(2)
A reference to a declared road under the Transport Infrastructure (Roads) Act 1991 is taken to be a reference to a State-controlled road under this Act.
