424 Notice of approval conditions
If a responsible entity imposes approval conditions, it must give the applicant for the approval written notice within 14 days after imposing the conditions stating—
(a)
the conditions; and
(b)
that the applicant may appeal against the conditions to an arbitrator; and
(c)
that an appeal may be started by giving the entity a written notice of dispute within 20 business days after receiving the notice of the conditions.
