441 Ch 14 binds all persons
(1)
This chapter binds all persons, including every Queensland government entity, and, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, every government entity of the Commonwealth or of another State.
(2)
In this section—
government entity includes—
(a)
the State, the Commonwealth or another State; and
(b)
an instrumentality, agent, authority, company, GOC or entity of the State, the Commonwealth or another State.
