584 Existing particular development applications
Subsection (2) applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 49A.
Former section 49A continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
Subsection (4) applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 258(1).
Former section 258(1) continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
Subsection (6) applies to an existing development application mentioned in former chapter 8, part 3C.
Former chapter 8, part 3C continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
Subsection (8) applies to an existing development application mentioned in former section 287A(1).
Former section 287A continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
In this section—
existing development application means an application made under the repealed Sustainable Planning Act 2009, to which the Planning Act, section 288 applies.
