Consistency with transport infrastructure strategies

(1)

Subject to the Minister’s directions, a rail implementation program must be consistent with transport infrastructure strategies.

(2)

If a direction of the Minister results in a rail implementation program being inconsistent with a transport infrastructure strategy, the Minister must table a copy of the direction in the Legislative Assembly within 5 sitting days after it is given.
