105 Offence to remove vehicle from holding yard
(1)
A person must not unlawfully remove a motor vehicle impounded under this chapter from a holding yard.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
For subsection (1), it does not matter how the motor vehicle came to be in the holding yard.
