366 Arrest of escapees etc.
(1)
It is lawful for a police officer to arrest, without warrant, a person the police officer reasonably suspects is escaping or has escaped from lawful custody.
(2)
Also, it is lawful for a police officer to arrest, without warrant, a prisoner who is unlawfully at large or unlawfully absent within the meaning of the Corrective Services Act 2006, section 112.
(3)
Also, a police officer has the same powers as a corrective services officer has under a warrant under the Corrective Services Act 2006, section 112.
