852 Existing orders
(1)
An impounding order made under the pre-amended Act and in force immediately before the commencement continues to have effect according to its terms as if it were an impounding order issued under the post-amended Act and the provisions of that Act apply.
(2)
A forfeiture order made under the pre-amended Act that has not been enforced immediately before the commencement continues to have effect as if it were a forfeiture order made under the post-amended Act and may be enforced under section 110 of the post-amended Act.
