Application of sdiv 3

In force

This subdivision applies only in relation to the following covert acts—

(a)

applications for surveillance device warrants or extensions or variations of surveillance device warrants;

(b)

applications for retrieval warrants;

(c)

revocations of surveillance device warrants or retrieval warrants;

(d)

applications for emergency authorisations or for approval of the use of a surveillance device under an emergency authorisation;

(e)

applications for authority for a controlled operation or for variation of an authority for a controlled operation;

(f)

the exercise of powers under this Act under—

(i)

a surveillance device warrant; or

(ii)

a retrieval warrant; or

(iii)

an emergency authorisation; or

(iv)

a tracking device authorisation; or

(v)

an authority for a controlled operation;

(g)

the disclosure of information under section 352 or 353.
