816 Transitional provisions about registers of covert and enforcement acts
(1)
A register of covert acts kept under the repealed Act is taken to be a register of covert acts for this Act.
(2)
A register of enforcement acts kept under the repealed Act is taken to be a register of enforcement acts for this Act.
(3)
This section applies to a register kept under the repealed Act by the commissioner, the CJC or QCC.
