897 Continued application of former ss 604 and 605
(1)
This section applies if, on the commencement, a person is being detained under section 604(3).
(2)
For the purpose of the detention, former sections 604 and 605 continue to apply as if the Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Offender Prohibition Order) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 had not commenced.
