900 Validation of orders made under s 154A
(1)
This section applies in relation to an order made under section 154A before the commencement.
(2)
The order is, and is taken to have always been, as valid as it would have been if, at the time it was made, the definition of specified person under section 149A, as amended by the Queensland Community Safety Act 2024, was in force.
